All Jayline products are imprinted with your logo / ad copy using lead free "Inks". Note: All products shipping to California will require a "PROP 65" warning label. Advise us; even if the product will end up or be used in California by your client, so we may apply the appropriate "PROP 65" warning label.

PMS COLOR MATCH (CLOSE): $35.00 (V) Note! due to the nature of both screen, pad printing inks and different surface materials exact color matches cannot be guaranteed, especially on dark or neon colors and may vary on reorders. If you are uncertain we suggest a product proof/sample.

ARTWORK: $75.00 (V) per hour. TYPESETTING: $15.00 (V) E-mail address for artwork only: artwork@jaylineworld.com (adobe illustrator (ai, eps) corel draw (cdr);adobe photoshop (psd), pc format preferred. Must include: Distributor name, and purchase order number in subject area of e-mail. A hard copy of artwork must be faxed or mailed prior to sending art via E-mail

PROOFS: Sample proof:$40.00 (V) per color plus per color set-up charge of $50.00 (V) and cost of item plus shipping costs. Paper/e-mail proof: $17.50 (V) For all proofs: Upon approval; total responsibility for imprint/design lies with the buyer.

COLOR/COPY CHANGE CHARGE:$50.00 (V)

HALFTONES/TINTS: Not available

SCREEN/PLATE CHARGE: Add $50.00 (V) per color/position for all products. For 1 to 4 color process labels; one set-up charge of $50.00 (V) applies; no extra color charges.

RE-ORDERS: Add:$35.00 (V) per color/position

OVER / UNDER-RUNS: We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under quantity specified on order. We will ship and bill exact quantity at no extra charge if specified on order. Over-runs not returnable for credit, under any circumstances. If exact quantity is required you must specify it on your order.

CO-OP PRICING: Quotation upon request. All co-op orders must be registered with the factory prior to placing the order.

CANCELLATION CHARGE: $40.00 (net) applies after order acknowledgement has been sent plus you will be billed for cost of all work already in progress.

                                                                       General Information

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: 10 - 15 working days, from receipt of camera ready art. No imprint: immediately. Call if needed sooner.

Order Changes: Any changes made to orders, after the order/acknowledgement is sent, must be made in writing, via e-mail or fax and will be billed $15.00 (V). Orders will be processed and billed as per information on order/acknowledgement and are considered final. Factory reserves the right to ship orders with specified In Hand Date, on date we choose allowing sufficient time to arrive by In Hand Date and method indicated on purchase order. If no In Hand Date is listed on purchase order, factory will not absorb upgraded freight costs when notified after order placement/acknowledgement of pending event date.

SPLIT-DESTINATION SHIPMENTS: Add:$15.00 (V) per destination after the first.

EXPORT SHIPMENTS & DOCUMENTS: Documents to be supplied by distributor; $25.00 (V). No returns due to late delivery. All duty is paid by recipient. A UPS or Fed Ex account number must be provided.

PACKAGING, HANDLING & INSURANCE: $4.00 net per carton on all orders.

SPECIAL PACKAGING: Quotation upon request.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom plastic and rope colors available on all products for larger quantities. Custom kit contents are also available. Quotation upon request.

NOTE: We reserve the right to substitute kit contents with products of equal or greater value. All prices are subject to change without notice due to increase in raw material cost.

TERMS: Net 30 days, with established accounts. Checks drawn on non U.S. banks not acceptable as payment. Checks returned for insufficient funds or whatever reason will be charged $40.00 (net).

RETURNS: All returns / claims must be approved by the factory within 30 days of ship date.

F.O.B. POINT: New Jersey, NOTE: We can only guarantee shipping dates and carrier/method, and cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss in transit. Unless specified otherwise; factory ships via UPS Service, ground or expedited method. Factory also ships Fed Ex. expedited only, upon request. Fed Ex Ground not available.

U.S. POST OFFICE SHIPMENTS: Add: $50.00 (V) plus normal postage & handling charges. No returns accepted due to late delivery.

Third Party Accounts/Billing: For processing of shipments using 3rd party account numbers or billing freight collect; add $4.00 net handling charge per carton. If by chance factory does not bill third party and order ships under factory account number in error;(ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE STILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, BUT WILL BE BILLED ATTHIRD PARTY ACCOUNT RATE)

Check with factory prior to placing your order. Complete camera ready black and white artwork and express shipping authorization are required. Your order must arrive by 10:30 am (EST) to guarantee required rush production time. Remember to add the additional per piece charge for 1 Day, 3 Day or 5 Day rush service to your product unit price. One color imprint only available on rush service. Orders that require art preparation, PMS matching or multi-color imprints will require additional production time. Co-op pricing, discount coupons or other specials DO NOT APPLY to rush service. Paper, fax, sample proofs or typesetting not available with rush service.
